For our birthdays, we went to this really weird-looking furniture
store in Honolulu.
INSPIRation.
They had a boxing glove for a chair.
&16,849.00
A weird chair, with a ball ottoman-type thingattached to it with a stretchy rope.
That's Ruthi, she's from Texas.
$something ridiculous.00
That's Mark being awkward with it.
$10,000.00
After we were spent on looking at "furniture", we went to dinner!
It was a Korean Barbecue, which was super good.
First time for Glen and me having Korean food.
The next day, we jumped off the Point with Mark.
At the end of our street is a place where you can jump off the cliff
into somewhat safe water depth.
Although I've hit my feet twice and Mark hit his too.
It doesn't hurt too bad, you just have to pull your legs up close when you hit the water.
Mark looks like a merman in this picture.
Glen looks like Bruce Lee.
Crouch like a tiger much?
They made it.
had to take his physics test.
It was a beautiful day though.
Although, about twenty minutes before this picture was taken, it was pouring!
We took shelter under a nearby tree and later wondered why we didn't just go
into the ocean instead.
Mark's in the water. Little speck.
We went to Ted's Bakery on the way to the airport for Mark to go home.
He got a Macadamia Nut Cream Pie and was off.
Glen and I went to the Triple Crown qualifier at Sunset.
You would not believe the reef there.
Massive shelf with a tiny bit of water on it.
I don't know how they even paddled out
and I saw them do it.
We went to UH-Manoa for a physics convention last weekend.
They have huge plumeria trees there.
Literally, this tree is three-stories tall.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
We got a pork butt! Woohoo.
